Lansdale Catholic Wins In A Tight Match-Up Against Archbishop Wood

Philadelphia- The Lansdale Catholic Girls' soccer team is heading the PCL championships. They beat Archbishop Wood 1-0 in an extremely tight matched game.

Every ball on the field was closely contested by both teams. The game came down to a blocked clearing pass in the closing minutes that lead to a race between Lansdale Catholic's Erin O'Sullivan and Archbishop Wood's senior goalkeeper Paige McQuillen for a loose ball.  O'Sullivan made the sole unassisted goal.  

Lansdale Catholic will play against Archbishop Ryan in the PCL Girls Soccer Championship game on Saturday, October 31st. at Ryan.
