VILLANOVA -  The Academy of Notre Dame (13-5) played Baldwin at home last night ending their season.  This was also the first round for both teams of PAISAA Tournament.

Notre Dame won in three sets with scores of 25-12, 25-13, 25-9.

Notre Dame also recognized all of the current seniors for their commitment to the team.

Senior Shannon Quigley had 9 spectacular kills.

Seniors Katie Leyden and Katy McCullough sparked the team with their strong offense and defense in the front row.

Notre Dame's Head Coach Mike Sheridan also recognized the team's manager, Claire Thompson, a previous varsity player, for all her assistance in managing team stats and regular reports.

The PAISAA Tournament Semifinals start next week.
