PHILADELPHIA - Agnes Irwin used two second half goals from sisters Lydia and Grace Bartosh to notch a come-from-behind win Friday over Springside Chestnut Hill in an Inter Ac match up.

Lydia Bartosh drilled home the game winner at 76:10 for the Owls (6-4, 9-5-1), after her sister Grace tied the score earlier in the second half.

SCHA opened the scoring when sophomore Emily McNesby found space on the left wing and fired a shot into the opposite corner just after halftime.

The Owls struck back less than two minutes later when Maria Pansini touched a pass to Grace Bartosh who hammered a shot past SCHA goal keeper Destini Curry.

Both teams had chances with the score tied 1-1 before Lydia Bartosh’s late-game heroics. AIS had two goals negated by offside calls and SCHA senior All American striker Megan McCool was frustrated by double and triple teams led by AIS center backs Claire Micheletti and Kate White.

AIS's goalkeeper Kendall Shein made several key saves, once coming off her line to snag the ball off the foot of a charging McCool and intercepting a last minute corner attempt by the host Devils.

The Owls defeated SCHA with a final score of 2-1.

Next up for the Owls is on Tuesday, Nov. 10 when they face the Academy of Notre Dame at home.
