EMMAUS, PA - On Wednesday, the Lansdale Catholic Girls' soccer team played Southern Lehigh and won 1-0 to advance to the PIAA Elite Eight. 

Jules LaSanta scored the game winner, to advance the Crusaders into the second round. 

It's been three years since Lansdale's girls' soccer team has made it this far in the PIAA State tournament. 

The Crusaders are scheduled to play Fleetwood this Saturday. Time and location are TBD.
