FORT WASHINGTON, PA-  Germantown Academy is going to the Pennsylvania Independent School's Athletic Association Girls' Soccer championship.

The driving rain did not stop the Patriots from defeating No. 4 seed Westtown School, 3-1. Thursday afternoon at Carey Stadium.

The top-seeded Patriots were led by Mac Pluck '18, who scored a goal and an assist. Goalkeeper Kat Stambaugh '16 had four saves. Bailey Gilmore and Emmy Dolaway rounded out the win with one goal each.

The Patriots face No. 2 seed Inter-Ac League Champs Episcopal Academy for the 2015 title. Episcopal defeated Friends Central 1-0 in the semifinals.
