BYRN MAWR- In the Inter-Ac season opener for both teams, Baldwin School and Germantown Academy Girls' basketball teams faced each other on Baldwin's home court Tuesday night.

It was a game riddled by foul after foul.

The defending 2015 Inter-Ac Champion Patriots took a three-point lead in the first period and did not look back.  

With four minutes left in the second, the Patriots led 14-6. By the end of the third period, GA was up by 18.

GA beat Baldwin with a final score of 49-32.

The Patriots face the Hun School tonight in their Winter Classic Tournament. The Bears play again this Tuesday against Penn Charter.
