HERSHEY, PA – Neumann-Goretti’s boys’ basketball team entered the Hershey Giant Center last night with one goal in mind – leaving as PIAA 3A state champions.
Not only did the Saints accomplish that feat, but they did so in dominating fashion, defeating Lincoln Park 89-58.
Kentucky commit, Quade Green, led Neumann-Goretti on the floor totaling 22 points, with his senior Villanova bound offensive counterpart, Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree, following with 15 points.
Sophomore, Chris Ings, totaled 13 points and nailed a monster dunk late in the fourth quarter, erupting Neumann-Goretti’s bench and basically sealing the Saints anticipated destiny.
